Adrienne Sneed, LMSW believes that everyone has an inherent wisdom within that, when fostered, can lead to a happy, fulfilling life. As a therapist, she sees her role as providing a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore and identify their own personal strengths and use them to achieve the goals and dreams they have set for themselves. She works with individuals from a creative and holistic approach, drawing from mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative, attachment and cultural-relational modalities. She has worked in several different clinical settings with a wide variety of individuals including adults (ages 18-80), couples, families, LGBTQ-identified individuals, and the criminal justice population. Prior to becoming a social worker, she worked as a lead preschool teacher for five years.
